Change Pays

S&P Global is known for economic data and insight. For International Women’s Day, they wanted to demonstrate how that data caan be used for social progress.

We created "Change Pays," a campaign that spotlights the positive impact of gender equality in the workforce. Leveraging S&P's in-depth research, the campaign kicked off with a high-visibility installation in New York's Oculus, and carried on in social and digital.

The installation was composed of hanging currency featuring the faces of women, creating an illusion that reads “change” on one side and “pays” on the other.

The installation featured modified currency from the world’s largest economies.

We brought S&P’s facts and figures to life in digital and social.

The Vital Statistics

The campaign continued in paid and owned channels, putting a human face on S&P's compelling case for gender equality in the global workforce.
